She holds a Master of Science in Accounting and has completed advanced studies in Financial Reporting, Analysis, and Business Management at Harvard University.
As an Enrolled Agent (EA) authorized by the IRS, Candace has successfully represented clients before the IRS, ensuring they remain compliant and protected. She takes great pride in her impeccable track record—in over 30 years, none of her clients have ever faced an IRS audit.
As the founder of JC Castle Accounting, Candace and her team specialize in bookkeeping, tax preparation, and financial organization to help businesses stay financially secure. Whether a business owner is just starting out, looking to streamline operations, or preparing for tax season, she provides expert guidance tailored to their needs.
In addition to accounting services, Candace also assists entrepreneurs considering buying or selling a business. She conducts business valuations and financial due diligence to ensure clients make well-informed decisions.

Jonas D. has been a serial entrepreneur since the age of 14, building multiple multimillion-dollar businesses—and losing it all twice. Through each rise and fall, he gained invaluable experience in business strategy, resilience, and financial management.
In 2015, after facing persecution and losing everything in his home country, Jonas sought asylum in the United States with his family and less than $15,000 to his name. Undeterred, he leveraged his over 25 years of entrepreneurial experience to rebuild from the ground up, successfully launching a construction business and a thriving digital marketing firm.
A graduate in Software Development, Marketing, and Business Management, Jonas combines his technical and business expertise to create innovative, scalable solutions for small businesses. When his accountant, Candace Sonne, sought his advice on business strategies, he recognized an opportunity to revolutionize bookkeeping and tax preparation for small businesses. Together, they transformed her local firm into JC Castle Accounting in March 2020.
